We currently are selling a new product that we call the fssMacroSuite.  The Macro Suite allows you to use the new Word Ribbon to categorize and select your firm's templates from readily available dropdown menus.  Also there are three "QuickDocs" buttons for one click access to your most used templates, like Letterhead, Memo, Fax Cover Sheet etc. 

 

The special letterhead template that comes with the Macro Suite alows you to pick from your Outlook Contacts lists to obtain names and addresses for your letters.  You can also pick from a list of Firm attorneys and staff member to set the name of the "From" person into the letterhead document.

 

Also, there are tools for Numbering paragraphs, table of authorities and other macros that are useful and necessary in the law office.

 

This is a great productivity enhancer.
