Fee Simple Software

The 2012 version of the 1099 software is now available for download on the home page of this site.  Please note that we are in the middle of upgrading our clients from a version of WinClose that was installed in the C:\fsWc_App folder on all computers or in the case of WinClose Basic, the C:\fsWcB_App folder.  If you have the new install, your application now is installed in C:\program files\fss\fsWc_App no matter what version you use.  Download the appropriate 1099 applicaton version based on whether you have the "Program Files" version or the C: root version.
